The Group has helped with charity events, organised litter picks, village walks, barn dances, a pantomime, Casino Night, village cricket matches, treasure hunts and community work parties. We have an active history group who have publish a short History of Hallow and have recently completed a major project to research local farms and mills. The resultant book will be launched on May 19th.
Every year we arrange a Christmas Tea for the older members of our community and a Santa's Sleigh Ride around the village. Making Christmas that little bit extra special, we also work with the Church to organise Carols by Torchlight and Blessing of The Crib.
If you live in the village you are eligible to become a member, if you live outside the village you can become a country member, either way, we hope that by joining you will become involved in some way, helping to organise and staff events, and so help further the sense of community within the village.
Membership is free; all you need to do is send us an email on the form below.
