Hallow Village Community Group is a growing body of volunteers whose aim is to make life here in one of Worcestershire's loveliest villages even better and we extend an invitation to you to help us to fulfill this aim by giving the Group your support.

The aim of the Group is to promote community activity in the village. The objectives are to involve all villagers; to look at all aspects of village life; to facilitate community events and to enhance communication and co-operation between village groups. The Group is not all about organising social events (although it does some of this) it also seeks to get things done in and around the village.

THE GREAT HALLOW RAKE OFF
DSC01123-Edit-2.jpg

Saturday the 9th December 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. in the Old Chuchyard, Church Lane.

Strimming has taken place and the old growth and grass needs to be raked and moved to the new compost area, built by Wild Goose. The fallen timber needs to be moved to bug houses or bonfire. This is essential for the newly sown wild flowers and bulbs to break forth next Spring and Summer.

If you can give any time between the times shown please take along a rake or they have a few to loan. 'Many hands make light work!' Please confirm your support to David Thorpe Tel: 01905 641349, Mobile 07958283036
